Microsoft SSO - Setup & Getting Started

Setup
To get started using Auralia and Musition with Microsoft 365 Single Sign-on, please email [email protected] to request integration and tell us the domain(s) used by your school's 365. Please check student and staff email addresses - there may be separate domains for each, for example:
How to Log In
Once we have confirmed integration is complete, open https://auralia.cloud/, press the Login with Microsoft button and enter your Microsoft 365 email.
This will take you to the Sign in with Microsoft page, select your account and complete authentication as required.
Account Creation
Users will be automatically created on login with student access to Auralia and Musition. New teachers will need to have their access upgraded to Teacher or Administrator by an existing administrator user, or contact us for assistance.
Migration
If migrating from an existing Auralia Musition service:
- Existing student accounts will be matched by email address on first login and linked.
- Login with existing username/password is not supported.
User Permissions
Your IT administrator will need to grant permission for Auralia and Musition to work with your school 365's here.
After granting permission, you can limit access to Auralia and Musition by enabling "assignment required" in Microsoft 365 Entra administration then selecting the users or groups who need access, for example to limit access to music students.
