Network installation – Avoid installing MSVC runtime

On Windows, it is sometimes desirable to avoid installation of the Microsoft Visual C (MSVC) runtime. It does need to be installed but is sometimes already present. To disable installation, use the following command line parameter to the Auralia / Musition setup.

/msvc=False

This option is case-sensitive.
