Much improved text entry - in notation editor and also during student questions (5240)
Text 'insert' cursor now displays when parts aren't editable (5238)

Chord palette settings now save correctly and can be edited when necessary ~~(rare!)~~ (5246, 5195)
The number of levels now displays correctly when copying levels (4804)

'Pause' control is now disabled when the drill entry does not support pause (4363)
The number of marks for a Library entry no longer changes after if altered from the default (5070)
