It is sometimes necessary to delete your local Cloud database, please follow the instructions below.

Mac

Close Auralia & Musition
Click on an empty part of your Desktop, ensuring that ‘Finder’ is visible in the menu bar.
Click on the ‘Go’ menu and select ‘Utilities’
Open the ‘Terminal’ application
Enter or paste the following command and hit the ‘Return’ key.
rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Rising\ Software/data7cloud/rising7.fdb
Start Auralia or Musition

Windows

Close Auralia & Musition
Click on Start
Type ‘cmd’, hit Enter. A black box named ‘Command Prompt’ will appear
Type the following command and hit the ‘Enter’ key.
del “c:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Rising Software\data7cloud\rising7.fdb” /f
Start Auralia or Musition

NOTE: If you are using Version 5 or 6, simply replace all the occurrences of '7' with a '5' or '6' in the instructions above.
