Rising Software provides free trials of Auralia® and Musition® to ensure that you are fully satisfied prior to making a purchase.  Documentation is included in the downloaded software to ensure that you can review the features and capabilities.  Please review the software and any relevant documentation before purchasing so that you can be sure that it will meet your requirements.

If you have purchased the software directly from Rising Software and are not satisfied then please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refund requests more than 30 days after your purchase date will not be issued unless your transaction was a fraudulent purchase. Software purchased from third parties cannot be refunded by Rising Software, you will need to liaise with the third party and work through their refund policies.
If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 business days. If you receive a refund you must cease all use and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software for which you no longer possess a valid, purchased license. Rising Software will disable any product keys, licences and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

The following is a common but not exclusive list of refund claims that may be declined:

  • Software purchased for the wrong platform.
  • Physical goods, including freight charges.
  • Difficulties operating the software in your computing environment or devices.
  • Difficulties operating the software due to operator error.
  • Refunds or credits for the different in price charged and any price reductions that may occur from time to time.
  • Difficulties in applying coupons; these must be filled in during the purchase and checkout process, we will not apply these in retrospect once an order has been completed.

Purchases made from the Microsoft Store, Mac App Store and retail stores such as Amazon.com cannot be refunded by Rising Software; purchases such as these are subject to those stores’ refund policies.
