It is sometimes necessary to email your database file to Rising Software, or delete it if you wish to ‘start again’ with the program.  Below we list the name of the file and its location.

Please remember to compress the file if you are emailing it through to us!

The database is located within the home directory of the logged in user with the Cloud client.
