Tour of Auralia 4

Students and Users

Each person that uses Auralia 4 requires a user name and password, enabling Auralia to record each student's results individually. This system also allows you to prevent students using any of the Administration functions.

Adding Students

There are three ways to enter your students into Auralia. You can add them by hand using the User Admnistration screen, they can automatically enrol using our Auto Enrolment feature, or, the easiest way - you can import them from a CSV file.

Access Levels

Each User in Auralia has an Access level - either Student, Teacher or Administrator. Users with Student level access cannot access any of the administration functions - we do not recommend giving any of your students Teacher or Administrator access.

Most schools choose to give all teachers Administrator access, which we highly recommend The Teacher level of access is rarely used and quite restricted. See the Manual for further details.
